The closed session convened at 11:33 a.m. at Goodview City Hall. Those present in the closed session were Mayor Ben Klinger; Councilmembers Dick Ledebuhr, Charlie Andring, Sandra Ramirez and Cassie Gilliam; City Administrator Dan Matejka; Director of Public Works Dave Schultz; and City Attorney Mike Flaherty. The stated purpose was to review confidential appraisal information related to the parcel and to consider an asking price.
