City Administrator Dan Matejka presented Draft #4 of the 2026 revenue and expenditure budgets for the General Fund, Debt Service Funds, and Equipment Replacement Fund at the Nov. 24 meeting.
Matejka said the draft calculates a proposed property tax levy increase of 6.898%, down from the 8.546% shown in Draft #3. He invited councilmembers to submit suggested changes to staff before the Dec. 1, 2025 meeting.
