Directors noted long lead times for equipment and asked about warranties and refrigerant selection; staff said they will seek refrigerants compatible with longer service life and manage procurement to begin construction in spring vacation 2027 with interior racking adjustments retained where feasible.
The board approved the contract by voice vote.
