At its June 2, 2026 meeting the Milton Planning Commission moved and approved multiple procedural items, including staff nominations and minutes approval.
Commissioner Rich Desouza moved to nominate Amanda Pitts for reappointment as Zoning Administrator (recorded as her fifth term); Sean Tatro seconded and the motion carried. The commission then moved to nominate Cassandra LaFayette as Acting Zoning Administrator; the motion was seconded by Sean Tatro and carried. The minutes record both nominations as approved by the commission.
The commission also approved the March 24, 2026 meeting minutes on a motion by Desouza with a second from Tatro. Town Planner Cassandra LaFayette announced that the June 16 meeting will include new commission members and that Interim Chair Tony Micklus will share knowledge and guidance from his past 12 years of service. The commission scheduled its next meeting for June 16, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room at 43 Bombardier Road.
The minutes do not record individual vote tallies by member for these procedural approvals beyond noting that motions carried.
