One supervisor suggested a temporary curfew could be considered if improvements fail to reduce incidents; others urged trying cameras and lighting first so ordinary park users are not excluded.
Supervisors requested staff identify camera and lighting locations and provide cost estimates and installation timelines. The board did not vote on a curfew or park closure during the meeting; supervisors instructed the sheriff to continue enforcement and asked for an update at the next meeting.
