The Clark Planning Board on June 4 approved a resolution permitting Target Corp at 45 Central Avenue (Block 70, Lot 28.01) to expand a drive-up facility.
The board moved to approve the resolution and recorded a roll-call vote in which all members present voted yes. The presiding officer announced the resolution approved following the roll call.
Board members then opened the meeting to public comment. No amendments to the resolution or conditions were recorded during the session, and the board proceeded to other agenda items. The planner who was to provide an update on recent development activity was not present and the board said that summary would be addressed at a subsequent meeting.
