Oakdale Planning Commission continues Oakdale Marketplace PUD hearing to July 9, 2026

The Oakdale Planning Commission opened a public hearing on the Oakdale Marketplace Planned Unit Development Plan Amendment on June 4 and voted to continue the matter to the Commission’s next meeting on July 9, 2026.
Staff advised the Commission that the city attorney recommended tabling the amendment and that the Commission should open the hearing this evening but refrain from substantive discussion until the July 9 meeting, when staff will provide a formal presentation and additional information. A motion “to continue the public hearing for the Oakdale Marketplace Planned Unit Development Plan Amendment until the Oakdale Planning Commission meeting on July 9th, 2026” was made, seconded and approved by the Commission.
No substantive testimony or final action on the PUD amendment occurred on June 4. The Commission left the public hearing open and directed that the item return on July 9, when staff will present more detailed materials and the Commission will again accept public comment.
