The Klamath Falls City Council approved a resolution June 1 authorizing the city’s parks division to apply for a grant from the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department to build a pump track at 1820 Leroy Street (Yolana Park) and delegated grant‑signing authority to the city manager.
Parks staff said the application requires maps and exhibits and requested council support for the grant submission and the resolution. Council moved to approve the grant submission and to introduce and adopt the resolution by title; the council approved the motion and delegated signature authority to the city manager and parks director.
