Lower Makefield Township’s Board of Supervisors recorded the following final actions at its June 3 meeting:
- Consent agenda: Motion to approve the consent agenda carried 5-0.
- Farms Edge at Shadybrook (land development): The applicant requested and the board granted an extension of time for township action on the plan to Aug. 15, 2026; the motion carried 5-0.
- Regency at Yardley South (phases four and five): After an inspection following a period of significant rainfall, township staff recommended releasing the financial security (bond) for phases four and five. The board approved the final release; vote recorded 5-0.
- Solicitor authorization for September 16 Zoning Hearing Board: The solicitor was authorized to attend and present opposition to building within township easements in the pending Simcox application; motion carried 5-0.
Separately, the board took a conditioned procurement action for a server/SAN purchase (see separate coverage): staff were authorized to execute the ASK Technologies quote subject to two independent quotes confirming market pricing; that motion carried with four votes in favor and one abstention recorded during roll call.
These actions were recorded in the public minutes and will be implemented through staff follow-up and contract closeouts where applicable.
