The proposed PE agreement with Kirkham is $76,000 and staff proposed to pay from the special highway fund.
Commissioners discussed team composition and past experience with county projects, and one commissioner suggested putting future engineering services out for bid. The motion to approve the selection and authorize the chair to sign the agreement carried by voice vote.
