The board also approved a similar registration for two existing short-term rental units at 12 Pine Street after reviewing parking and inspection notes and asking the applicant to ensure evacuation plans are clearly posted and that the units remain in the city’s inspection cycle.
Both approvals included the condition that fire-code compliance be confirmed before final permitting.
