After clarifying that the purchase covers the full property rather than an easement, a motion to accept the resolution and the real estate purchase agreement was moved, seconded and carried. Staff will finalize the agreement paperwork and present the signed documents to the owner for signature.
The board also discussed related timetable items for required public notice and hearings for associated ordinance actions; staff will complete final legal descriptions and attachments before closing.
