Conroe ISD honors state champions and names several new principals

He presented Tanya Smith as the new principal at Vernon Woods Elementary, highlighting her classroom experience and years as an assistant principal, and introduced Amy Barber (transcript variants: Miss Barbara/Miss Barber) as the incoming principal at Gordon Reed Elementary, citing her work with special education and PBIS implementation plans. Angela Aken Fonville was introduced as the new principal at Geisinger Elementary; presenters highlighted her background as a behavior and data specialist and district-level trainer.
