Committee members also noted a forthcoming Pines lighting project that could increase evening adult leagues and recreational uses, which would affect demand and maintenance costs; however, work on that lighting cannot begin until July 1 when funding cycles permit. The chair said the Select Board packet included research from member Baker and town staff and that the committee should compare neighboring towns' approaches as a starting point. No formal recommendation or vote was taken; members asked staff for materials to support a future recommendation.
