Councilors moved to combine the festival’s entertainment and alcohol agenda items and approved both by voice vote after brief positive remarks about the committee’s long-standing stewardship of the event. Council discussion touched on logistics, police and fire details, ticketing with QR codes, and rain‑date or scheduling confirmations. A motion to approve the combined items carried.
