Otsego County awards small event grants, committee debates allocation method

Otsego County on March approved distribution of its community events grant pool among 75 eligible applicants, with most recipients allocated $800 and one smaller request granted $600. The committee said it used an even distribution this year while staff and members consider revising the application criteria for 2027.
