Plymouth advisory board approves minutes, elects Joanna as chair after Al steps down

"I would love to nominate Joanna to be the chair of this board," a committee member said; with no other nominations the board closed nominations and voted to install Joanna as chair. After the election the vice chair said they would continue as vice chair and assist with agendas and meeting facilitation until Joanna assumes full responsibility.
