Several commissioners expressed concern about the county’s strict plant-species requirements and the difficulty applicants may face sourcing specific species; staff said relocation and replacement plans would be reviewed in detail during final review and site plan phases.
No formal motion was taken at the administrative meeting; staff will bring the item to a subsequent hearing for final action with the conditions discussed.
