The Peabody City Planning Board opened its June 4 meeting by approving the minutes of May 21, 2026. A motion to approve the minutes was made, seconded and approved unanimously.
Board members were asked to consider joining the Peabody Community Preservation Committee (CPC), which oversees open space, historic preservation and affordable housing projects; members were asked to email the speaker to be connected with Lisa, the CPC administrator. The board also noted an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) packet in the meeting materials that will be discussed at the next public hearing and encouraged members to review it ahead of that meeting.
A motion to adjourn was made, seconded and approved unanimously; the meeting concluded without additional substantive votes.
