Aaron Schuette, community development director, told commissioners the CSM mirrors a rezoning the Village Board approved last month and that both resulting lots meet the requirements of their respective zoning districts. Schuette said the staff conditions require the shoreland zone to be depicted for the northwest part of lot two and that “a shoreland permit from the Village of Ashwaubenon zoning administrator’s office is required for lot two prior to construction, fill or grading activity within 300 feet of the ordinary high watermark of a stream or to the landward side of a floodplain, whichever is greater.”
The conditions also note the property lies within airport district C and require consultation with the Green Bay Austin‑Straubel International Airport director for any land development or land‑disturbing activities within the airport zoning districts. President Mary Kardoskee called for a motion; commissioners moved, seconded and approved the CSM with staff conditions by voice vote.
