The planning commission had recommended approval, and the county commission had approved related easements on May 26, per staff.
A council member moved to approve the final plat and drainage replat as recommended by the planning commission and the motion carried by voice vote. Staff noted the plat and easement dedications are in the staff materials for recording and future development review.
