Staff and board members, however, said the waiver materials did not include the full sealed plan set, stormwater and landscaping details and other required information outlined in the site‑plan regulations. The board concluded it was not responsible to accept an incomplete waiver package and therefore denied the waivers and continued the item to allow the applicant time to submit the missing documents.
Next steps: the applicant may return in July with sealed, complete plans as required by the site‑plan regulations; if the materials remain incomplete the board may again decline acceptance.
