Parents demand investigation after Frank Paul principal removed, saying board offered no documentation

"Miss Ansel has been stalking me on social media and admitted to it in front of Miss Fernandez of her conduct. This is a form of intimidation to keep me silent," said Britney Hernandez during the two-minute public-comment period, calling on the board to "conduct a deep and independent investigation" into the circumstances surrounding Mr. Porras' removal and any relationships that may have influenced the decision. Her remarks began at the start of the public-comment segment.
Maribel Clemente, who identified herself as a parent of two Frank Paul students, told trustees she believed Superintendent Anso had created "great chaos" in the district and said the community has lost confidence in the board's handling of personnel matters. "With your politics and unjust decisions, you have made the district and the community break apart," Clemente said.
Speakers described short, unsatisfactory meetings with district staff and asked that the board reconsider the decision or at minimum explain its basis to affected families. One community representative asked that the board take the matter back into closed session for additional discussion and reconsideration.
Trustees did not act on the principal's removal during the meeting; the public-comment period closed at 5:45 p.m. and the board proceeded with its planned agenda items. The commenters said they will pursue further steps, including certified correspondence to the board president, to seek documentation and accountability.
No trustee made a formal statement announcing a next step on the allegation during public comment; the removal itself was not the subject of a recorded vote during the open session portion of the meeting.
