Staff answered that the condition requiring homes to be detached would be removed and that the change applies only to the listed parcels, not citywide.
The consent agenda also included adoption of the FY27-FY31 capital improvement plan (later pulled for discussion and then adopted separately), a GPS policy revision and authorization to seek a THSO traffic-safety grant. The board approved the consent agenda items and later adopted the CIP after a failed amendment to reinsert a memorial sidewalk project into that plan.
