Resident asks Lancaster council to formalize DIY skate park on city parcel

He asked the council to consider a short‑term allowance while the city evaluates long‑term options and said that many DIY parks in the region began informally before municipalities assisted with formalization.
Council members thanked him and said staff would "take a look" at the parcel, liability and possible coordination with nearby property owners. No action or vote was recorded on the request during this meeting.
