Resident urges city action on clogged storm drain, erosion and traffic on Wilson Drive

“Two days later they brought one half load riprap and put it in the bottom of the hill and as yet any more riprap put in there,” Mr L said, adding that signage was installed improperly and that street sweeping and police presence in the area are infrequent.
A council member thanked Mr L for raising the longstanding problem and noted that engineering review and permitting occur before construction, acknowledging the tension between past approvals and ongoing neighborhood impacts.
