At the May 7 meeting the Meredith Conservation Commission addressed subdivision Lot R12-4 in the Blake Brook Prime Wetland and the need for accurate wetland delineation. Commission members said Rick Van de Pol and Jessica Bailey should visit the site to reach concurrence on wetland boundaries.
Scott Powell reported he attended the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services public hearing in Concord on May 5 and provided a written statement to the DES record. The commission recorded that it will send a written follow-up to address points raised at the hearing before the public input period closes on May 15.
No formal commission vote on the subdivision was recorded in the minutes; the commission’s actions are limited to follow-up coordination and written input to DES.
