"He's a great fit for WCPS," Dr. Stover said.
Other board members offered brief congratulatory remarks, recalling professional connections through local leadership programs and expressing confidence that Dr. Will will continue the district's momentum. The board president noted that the incumbent superintendent did not seek contract renewal and that the current superintendent will remain in place through the end of June; Dr. Will's official start date is July 1.
