Later in the meeting Council Lane identified themselves as the property representative and the board made and seconded a motion to postpone the case to the July meeting so the applicant can be present.
The chair announced the carryover and confirmed the item will appear on the July 9 agenda at the same time and place. Staff noted potential absences for the July meeting but said another staff member (Emily) is expected to cover.
