Trustee Schmidt moved to approve the consent agenda and Trustee Bakan seconded; Trustees Schmidt, Sadiki, Light, Maritado and Bakan voted yes.
With first readings waived, the board adopted: ordinance 2026-38 authorizing the sale of surplus personal property (including a 2006 Chevrolet Impala and assorted Ford tailgates and bumpers); ordinance 2026-39 granting a map amendment and final planned unit development for 375 East Army Trail Road; and ordinance 2026-40 amending the planned unit development for High Grove Center, East Campus (400 Regency Drive). Each ordinance was adopted on a roll-call vote with all trustees recorded in favor.
The board also approved resolution 2026-R81 (final plat and plans for 375 East Army Trail Road) and resolution 2026-R82 (final plat and plans for 400 Regency Drive). Both resolutions passed unanimously.
Trustees who sponsored motions and cast the recorded votes included Trustee Schmidt (mover on the consent agenda), Trustee Bakan (second), Trustee Light and Trustee Maritado on various land-use approvals. The meeting record shows all roll-call votes on those items as affirmative.
The meeting did not disclose further conditions attached to the land-use approvals during the public session. The payroll/accounts-payable total was read in the meeting as '2,912,67628' in the transcript; the village did not clarify that figure on the record. The board moved on to other business after the approvals.
