Town of Lexington planning staff told the Board of Zoning Appeals that they are coordinating with a sign consultant and plan to host three stakeholder meetings during the week of March 30, including March 30, and will distribute a public survey to gather input.
Staff member Jessica said the outreach will target three groups: citizens and board/commission/council members; licensed sign contractors; and business owners, including town-owned businesses. Invitations and survey links will be shared via the town website and social channels.
The staff update noted meetings will be open to the public and that board members will receive invitations; no further decisions were taken at the meeting and staff said it will share materials and scheduling information as it becomes available.
