Commissioners approve consent items including lease addendum, security agreement and advisory-board appointments

Commissioners approved an addendum to the Developac office lease extending occupancy for the DuBois Domestic Relations office from June 1, 2026, through May 31, 2029, at a rent of $1,660 per month.
An agreement with Johnson Controls to move and integrate cameras and alarm systems for the magistrate move to 318 East Locust Street was approved to ensure security-system continuity. The Board appointed Lisa Doty and Eli Clark to the Children & Youth Services Advisory Board on recommendation of CYS leadership.
The Board also approved continuation or renewal of collaboration/linkage agreements commonly used by Children & Youth Services: a collaborative agreement with Merakey Pennsylvania, a three-year linkage agreement with Project Point of Light (effective May 14, 2026–May 14, 2029) and a combined letter of agreement with Beacon Light Behavioral Health and Beacon Light Adult Residential Services (effective July 1, 2026–June 30, 2028), each containing 30-day termination clauses.
No dissenting votes or amendments to these consent items were recorded. After the approvals, the solicitor briefly reported on the recent election, noting low turnout (about 20.76%) and quick processing of results.
