The amendment also sets a maximum floor‑area ratio of 50% for development within the BF‑Inst category.
Staff said the change addresses a gap in the Brandenfield land‑use descriptions and will be transmitted under the statutory review schedule. Such a text amendment requires a separate land‑development‑code update to align implementing regulations; staff noted that the LDC update will return to the commission as needed to specify size limits and locational controls for institutional uses.
