The Tisbury CPC reviewed a 'Memo to File' on CPA revenue calculations prepared annually by the Town accountant and heard that precise revenue calculations remain in progress because the town has a new Treasurer and a new Accountant. Administrator Heidi Dietterich said a meeting scheduled for March 10 with the finance staff had been canceled by the Treasurer and rescheduled for April.
The committee received a copy of the Annual Town Report and reviewed the compilation of the 2026-27 CPC Annual Plan, which collects upcoming projects and issues from representative committee members. The committee also received a letter sent to State Senator Cyr about proposed changes to the Community Preservation Act legislation.
Dietterich reported that Philippe Jordi had contacted her seeking a confirmation letter for the State that defines the appropriation committed to the State Road Affordable Housing project; the committee approved providing a confirmation letter and noted that if the State requires more than a letter, a Grant Agreement would need to be prepared.
The committee did not take additional votes on revenue policy at the March 9 meeting.
