Planning board members echoed that the checklist must provide a clear yes/no standard.
The council instructed staff and the planning board to revise B37 (septic delineation) to explicitly require either the county approval letter or an NOI/engineered‑option documentation as proof and tabled final adoption of Appendix 2B until the August meeting so the planning board and staff can return with clarified language. The motion to table and the direction were unanimous.
