The Farmington Planning Board completed two formal actions and recorded a continuance for another matter at its June 3 meeting.
The board approved the final site plan for PB 2026-0603 (Enright), a single-family residence along the east side of County Road 28. The motion to approve was moved by Adrian and seconded by Regina; the board recorded an aye vote.
The board also approved PB 0306, the final release of a letter of credit for RG&E Station 127 (961 Hook Road) after the town engineer and construction inspector recommended closing out the project. Staff reported all signatures and forms were in order; the resolution was moved and approved by roll call.
Separately, an applicant referenced as Adrian asked for additional time on a final site plan public hearing because the applicant's engineer was on holiday; staff drafted a resolution to continue the public hearing to the next meeting on June 17 and the board moved to waive the reading and proceed with the continuance process.
No additional contested votes were recorded during these items.
