In response, the mayor provided a point of information and said he ordered a sanitary can to be delivered to Rainier Trails Park after reviewing a resident’s video alleging indecent exposure and repeated complaints about park behavior. "I asked for it," the mayor said, adding the action was taken by the executive branch and not as a parks-department budget request.
