Galvanize LLC presented an amended site plan on March 4 for a beverage recycling facility at 85 and 101 Executive Boulevard and described stormwater and tree‑screening revisions requested by the town’s Conservation Advisory Committee.
Attorney Mr. Bernstein, representing the applicant, said the plan adds a loading dock screened by new plantings and an oil/water separator to meet the CAC’s stormwater mitigation recommendation. Conrad Cutler, president of Galvanize LLC, said no variances were required for the amendments and that the new planting list was changed to CAC‑approved species (common juniper and a hedge) to provide screening.
There were no public speakers in person or on Zoom. The board closed the public portion of the hearing for oral testimony, kept the written record open through March 11 and staff will prepare a draft decision for consideration at the March 18 meeting.
