Committee notes garden delay, plans film series and prepares awards nominations; vice chair honored

The committee also formally recognized Vice Chair Anne Oskarsen, who served multiple years on the committee. Members thanked her for her service and staff said a new member, Sandra (full name on file), will begin in January and receive onboarding materials from staff.
