Sam Soter of Soter and Custom Builders appeared to clarify that his firm had taken over the property at 57 Uncle Bonnie's Road and that they were addressing three outstanding items from earlier work. Staff recommended approval with a note that any ongoing desire to retain a vista or conduct maintenance would require a separate filing; commissioners approved the certificate with staff recommendations and instructed staff to follow up.
The commission also approved the minutes with one minor correction and signed off on certificates where staff recommended they were appropriate. These actions were taken by motion and voice vote during the administrative portion of the meeting.
