Chair Mike Hartley moved to adopt the April minutes; the motion was seconded and then approved in a unanimous roll-call vote with Chair Hartley, Vice Chair Joseph, Secretary Treasurer Griggs, Trustee Snow and Trustee Muschaug recorded as voting "Yes." The board then opened nominations for officers. Mike Hartley was nominated and confirmed as chair by consensus, the vice chair position was filled by consensus, and the secretary-treasurer (a city staff position) was reaffirmed.
No additional contested votes were recorded. The board adjourned after completing scheduled business.
