Consultants report multi-year lead-line, water-main and wastewater plans for Carlinville

McNamee also provided updates on the Shein Tower Project, a 2-inch water-main replacement plan, the Nutrient Assessment Reduction Plan (NARP) and the Wastewater Treatment Plant Facility Plan. Public Works Director Tim Hasara and Greg Frieden (Woodard & Curran) answered questions from the public and described next steps for the wastewater plant study.

No formal project approvals or budget votes occurred during the session; follow-up council action will be required to authorize construction contracts and to allocate funds.
