• Resolution to amend regional housing-trust IGA (Agenda item 9): Motion and second; forwarded to County Council without objection. The amendment (Exhibit A) includes six changes and substitutes BJHT Inc. as the physical/501(c)(3) agent, clarifies term and termination procedures, and specifies disposition of funds on dissolution. (Mover: Committee member S6; second: Committee member S7.)
• Reappointments to the Airport Board (Agenda item 11): Committee approved recommendations to reappoint Thomas Sheehan, Nicholas Meisenberg, Leslie Florey, Anne Esposito, Howard Ackerman and Christopher Butler for two-year terms expiring February 2027; forwarded to County Council for final appointment.
• Reappointment to the Board of Assessment Appeals (Agenda item 12): Committee approved forwarding Paul Journey’s reappointment for a four-year term expiring February 2029 to County Council.
All committee approvals at the meeting were taken by voice and recorded in the minutes as approved without objection. Final appointment or adoption will occur at County Council.
