The Williston Board of City Commissioners approved a proposed short plat from Troika Properties to rearrange Lots 15–22, Block 2 of the North Gate Subdivision into four lots intended for single‑story, single‑family twin homes.
City Planner Elisa Neal presented the proposal and said the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval. Engineer David Juma reported water and sewer lines are in place; unused lines will be abandoned or replaced as needed. Juma also stated developer agreement requirements had been met and the city had released liens on the affected lots.
Commissioner Tate Cymbaluk moved and Commissioner Victoria Siemieniewski seconded approval of the short plat; the board approved the motion 5–0 according to the minutes.
