Williston adopts amendment to landscaping ordinance (Ordinance 1151)

At its June 25 meeting the Williston Board of City Commissioners approved the second reading and adoption of Ordinance 1151, an amendment to Section 25.R (Landscaping) of Ordinance 613.
City Planner Elisa Neal told the commission the item had been heard at the June 11 public hearing with no recommended changes and staff recommended approval of the second reading. Commissioner Tate Cymbaluk moved and Commissioner Brad Bekkedahl seconded approval of the ordinance as presented. The board voted 5–0 to adopt Ordinance 1151.
The minutes record the motion and unanimous vote; no amendments or public comments were noted in the meeting record during the second reading.
