Staff Planner Lisa Weidner said the application would combine eight 42‑foot‑wide twin‑home lots into four 84‑foot lots to permit single‑family residences with larger footprints; the applicant had completed a similar short plat on adjacent lots in 2025. Commissioner Gjovig moved to approve the short plat; Commissioner Bekkedahl seconded and the motion passed 5‑0.
The approval allows the developer to proceed with plats and building plans consistent with the newly configured lots; staff will process the recorded plat and any related permits.
