Board members discussed the financial and community benefits of hosting state events, then a motion to approve was made and seconded; the board conducted a roll-call vote and the motion passed unanimously.
The board also approved renewal of membership dues for the advocacy organization (identified in materials as Schools/Advocating for Fair Funding) after members noted the group’s legislative engagement.
