Williston names three new Housing Commission members

Mark Schneider, Director of Development Services, presented three nominees: Bob Horab to fill the Western Area Builders Association (WABA) seat (noted affiliation: McCody Concrete), Thane Corpron to continue in the builder/developer seat (J&K Homes, Spearfish Excavating), and Ashley Neumiller to fill the supply‑industry seat (Prairie Supply). Schneider said the city advertises volunteer positions and in this cycle staff reached out to find qualified applicants.
A motion to recommend the three nominees for three‑year terms from February 2026 to February 2029 was approved unanimously by the commission.
