The Williston Board of City Commissioners recessed into executive session Oct. 8 to consult with counsel about Trenton Water Users v. City of Williston under North Dakota Century Code provisions allowing closed attorney consultations (N.D.C.C. §§44-04-17.1, 44-04-19.1, 44-04-19.2 and 44-04-18.4). The commission entered the executive session at 6:46 p.m. and returned to open session at 7:15 p.m.
City Attorney Jordon Evert then presented Resolution 24-006 and requested the commission’s approval. The commission approved Resolution 24-006 by a 5-0 vote.
