Commissioner James Bervig moved approval; Commissioner Brad Bekkedahl seconded and the motion carried on a unanimous voice vote.
The resolution applies to qualified mobile food vendors as defined in the city’s licensing rules; the commission did not alter seasonal distinctions at the Oct. 22 meeting.
